Coffee Blends - Espresso & Filter
Milk chocolate, red fruit, cacao, brown sugar. Most of our blends taste the same all year, even though the coffees inside them change with the harvest. Our roasters adjust the recipe to keep the flavour steady. That's the difference from single origin coffee, which shifts with each harvest. Our House is the everyday one: medium-dark, with milk chocolate and caramel, and it's happy as espresso, cafetière or filter. Hodson is medium-dark too, with red fruit and brown sugar, and it makes a good espresso or flat white. Paramount is darker, with cacao and toffee, for a fuller cup. Seasonal Blend is the exception. It's a new coffee every season, lighter in roast and fruit-forward, so it changes four times a year. Half Caff is half decaf, half regular, for anyone cutting back on caffeine who still wants a proper cup, with milk chocolate, brown sugar and biscuit. The decaf half comes from our decaf coffees. All our blends come as whole beans or pre-ground, in sizes from 220g to 3kg.
