UK deliveries
(We're being cautious with these! We'll be roasting and dispatching orders up to Wednesday 23rd December, but deliveries become increasingly unpredictable as Christmas approaches.)
Royal Mail
- Tracked 24 & 1st Class: Order by 7:30am on Monday 21st December. Customers in Northern Ireland: order by 7:30am on Friday 18th December.
- Tracked 48, 2nd Class & free delivery: Order by 7:30am on Thursday 17th December.
DPD
- Mainland UK: Order by 7:30am on Monday 21st December.
- Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & offshore islands: Order by 7:30am on Friday 18th December.
International deliveries
As a general guide, we recommend ordering by 7:30am on Monday 14th December for both Royal Mail and UPS. This works well for most of Europe, but destinations further afield (such as North America, Asia, Australia and New Zealand) usually need more time, so please order as early in December as you can.
UPS typically delivers within 5 working days, though this can vary by destination.
For a more accurate deadline based on your location, please raise a support ticket and we'll be happy to look into your options.
In My Mug festive schedule
Because of how the dates fall this December, two In My Mug dispatches will move. Coffees will be dispatched on:
- Friday 18th December (as normal)
- Wednesday 23rd December (instead of Friday 25th, Christmas Day)
- Thursday 31st December (instead of Friday 1st January, New Year's Day)
- Friday 8th January (back to normal)
Customer support
Our customer service team will be offline from 5pm on Wednesday 23rd December until 9am on Tuesday 29th December.
They'll be available during normal working hours on Tuesday 29th and Wednesday 30th December, before beginning their New Year break.
The team will be back full-time from Monday 4th January 2027.
For more on our delivery times and methods, please see our delivery information page. If you have any questions about our festive opening hours, feel free to get in touch via our Help Centre.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't rely on last-minute deliveries for gifts, especially without plenty of time and the right delivery service. It's a busy time of year, and things can slow down more than expected.
We'll do everything we can to get your order to you this festive season. We promise.
